Sweden's best vegetables!

Circular and sustainable food production systems

The challenge

Our current fish and vegetable production systems have significant problems with environmentally damaging emissions, long transports, pollution, over-fishing and high water usage. Additionally, the resulting vegetables are of a relatively poor quality while restaurant chefs are actively looking for premium quality products and all year round delivery. New, sustainable ideas are needed.

The future of food production

The main product in our systems is vegetables. Our current focus is on leafy greens such as salads, herbs, kale etc. The fish we are raising is rainbow trout. In the future we expect to also produce fish feed, either ourselves or in collaboration with partner companies.
